I have moodle 3.8 on a shared server.after upgrade to moodle 3.9 using softaculous it essentially requires mariadb 10.2.29 and my shared server version is 10.1.41 and I'm stuck at this point
then how to roll back to moodle 3.8 again and cancel upgrade to moodle 3.9
