Error: Course content cannot be loaded

Hi,

I wanted to view one of my courses on my mobile. I didn't get the current data although I synced. Synchronizing failed. So I cleaned the cache. After that I got an error message telling me that the course content cannot be loaded. I can see the users but not the course content at all.

What can I do?

Hi there,

Does this happen with all the courses or only one course? If this happens with only one course, can you check if there is any network error when you are trying to open it?

Thanks for your help.
By debugging I found out that the courses had a format plugin that is no longer supported by the current moodle version.
Now it works.
