Please help me!

Images are not shown in Moodle Mobile app & Desktop.



Also I cant download any content in both apps. I face ".Error downloading"

Can you check the network responses when that page is loaded? You should see an error in the image request and that can help us understand what's going on.

Hi Noel,

I checked according to procedure.

I faced "Error 403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!"

Only for images. This includes all images in Site Announcements & Courses also.

My Host is GreenGeeks. I opened a Ticket for them because I guess maybe there is a firewall in their host! I dont know!

Yeah, I found it!

I enable the Hotlink Protection in the host & Allow direct access for some image extensions!
