There isn't a version of that theme for Moodle 3.6.
In addition, it has a dependencies on other themes that had been removed by 3.6 so there's little chance of it working without a lot of work (if you know what you are doing).

- Download the file
- Unzip it
- Copy it into your theme/ directory on your Moodle (you'll probably need to name it correctly. For example, adaptable should end up as theme/adaptable regardless of what the unzipped directory is called)
- Log in as admin on your site to start the install

One place to find themes is in the Moodle.org plugins area. Every theme listed shows what version of Moodle it is compatible with.
