Moodle in English: Essay Question Lost Student Answers

Hello

I had an exam yesterday. Im using Essay Question in exam and Students took the exam using Respondus LockDown Browser.

When a student completes the exam, all her writings are gone.

What do you think is done for this problem?

That is not enough information to know what happened. What do the server logs show during that time period?

Where is server log? under the reports on system admin panel?

The server log refers to the web server log, e.g. apache might keep it under /var/log/apache2
And typical file names are error_log and access_log
