No Plugin installer in plugin menu

I am a beginner, currently registered in Gnomio.com. I would like to add some chemeditor to the texteditor, so as to give chemistry activity. But in my plugin menu only plugin oveerview is there but no plugin installer!

I would like to know how to upgrade the site so as to add a new plugin.

Hello. As Gnomio.com is not connected to Moodle, other than using the software, I suggest you need to get in touch with them directly to ask about this.
