Error registering and installing H5P

I am using Moodle 3.8.3. When trying to register the site or install the H5P plugin the following error message is displayed and it does not allow to finish the process.

An error occurred during registration update (hub / errorconnect)

I will appreciate the help you can provide.

H5P is core in 3.8. You don't need to install the plugin. In fact, bad things will happen if you try.
