I am stumped. I've create a quiz question that consists of 24 individual Short Answer cloze questions. Like so:

However, when I check the detailed attempt of the test take, I see that my Moodle 2.7.2 somehow has added an extra 7 marks, making the total marks as 31! I have no idea where the extra 7 marks is coming from.

Anyone?

P.S., attached is the source code.

There are too many data-mce-mark="1" statements in the source text.

If you do a search for data-mce-mark="1", there are 31 😉

data-mce-mark="1" are spurious attributes created when using the TinyMCE HTML editor. They have nothing to do with the Cloze question or the quiz marks. smile
