Hello,

My user account which authenticates with LDAP does not work who receives "Invalid login. Please try again" message. The user account which is manual created does work. Please help.

"The user account which is manual created does work" – do you mean that accounts created manually authenticate successfully with LDAP?

If so, that suggests that Prevent account creation when authenticating is on (under Site administration → PluginsAuthentication → Manage authentication). This must be off to allow new user accounts to be created with LDAP authentication.

(Support for Moodle 3.1 ended a year ago, you should plan to upgrade to a supported version).

Can you elaborate on what you found PHP to be doing that caused this message?
