I cannot see or edit Categories created as "Parent"/"Father" - Questions Database

Hello everyone,

Please, I would like to ask for help with the following problem:

1- I cannot see or edit Categories created as "Parent"/"Father" type categories, with in the Questions Database.

2- Other users, with the same permissions as I have, can view and edit them without any problems.

3- This is causing problems, as I work helping teachers in Moodle.

How to solve?
