Trouble when publish to online

Hi everyone,

I used Moodle 3.8.2 on Ubuntu using Apache, mysql and PHP 7.1 and can be accessed online through domain name, but for some reasons I have to migrate it to another server by using Nginx, MariaDB, and PHP 7.4 on Debian 10.

The installation works fine and I can access it through private ip, but when I change it to public ip or domain name, it's always connection timeout. I install this new server the exact same way like the tutorial did and set this new domain server like the old one, but it can't work.

I have searched several forum posts for a solution but not successful so far. I am stuck here. Your help is most appreciated.

Problem solved.
It's because of firewall. I'm trying to direct to public ip (it's mapped to private ip) from Fortigate firewall, but turns out it keeps redirecting to private ip address. At first I thought it can be auto mapping from private to public since I've already mapped it, but I have to do manual config again in the other menu.
