How to force student to repeat the lesson after failure in quiz?

Hello Arash,
Click on the name of the quiz / Actions menu (gear icon) / Edit settings, then under 'Restrict access' / Add restriction... / Grade, Grade: select the Lesson, check 'must be ≥' and define some mark.
This will prevent students from attempting the quiz unless they have achieved some mark for the lesson.
In order to motivate students to obtain a passing grade for the quiz, you can also set a "Grade to pass" and an "Activity completion / Require passing grade" in the quizz settings. Note that you must first enable "Completion tracking" in the course settings.

thanks for your reply, but I want to ask you something else.for example if my student fail in exam he/she will be able to re-attempt the exam after review the lesson again.

You might be able to set restrictions to hide the quiz if it is failed and the lesson is not complete and only show the lesson if the quiz is failed, then the quiz would disappear after failure and the lesson would appear. Completion of the lesson would show the quiz again. Maybe. I haven't tried it but I think it should work.
