Error: H5p filter cannot be used, it may not be installed

Hi all,

I am trying to make the H5P filter for the Atto text editor work in Moodle 3.5.10. To do so, I have followed the steps as described on Github. I have also tried to reinstall the filter and checked my H5P version (1.20.2) but it hasn't worked.

Could anyone help me out with this?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Kind regards,

Menno

Maybe this page will help: https://moodle.org/plugins/filter_h5p

Make sure the filter is activated and at the right position in the filter list.

Hi Matthias,

Thank you for your answer. I have the ''noautolink''-filter installed and tried to put the h5p-filter above it, yet I get the same result.
Is it obligatory to have the automatic linking filter installed or is there a way to work around this?

I dont see this in the documentation of the filter.

You can disable Filters at a site level (as admin), or indeed an individual activity level (as a Teacher).
