FYI, looks like special characters are not being escaped correctly in dfwiki page names.  For example, after several attempts to edit, students using ' or : in the names get something like:

Civil Liberties\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' concerns of Fusion Centers

I didn't realise you posted this here, but I can confirm this bug.  Not only does it do this, but it also causes you to be unable to delete the page without getting into the database backend.
