I've published a few screencasts on setting up moodle workshops here:

I've been using them as promo pieces to get more interest among teachers to use Moodle. I hope they may be of service to the Moodle community as well!

Just a small thing to fix:

In the video - Part II, when u start filling Element 9, you said that only the "yes" answer gives 1 point (a good score) and u changed the question accordingly from: 
Did the student include their name in the presentation?
to:
Was the document's creator's name known to you?

Seems to me both are wrong!
The right question where the student can answer "yes" for 1 point should be:
Was the document's creator's name unknown/hidden to you?
- Yes it was hidden (1 point)
- No, it wasn't (0 point)

Correct me if i'm wrong..
