Moodle in English: Add Rate button for Announcement/Forums

Hi,

I am new to Moodle!, I want to add the possibility to rate announcements buy students.

I enabled "Rate" permissions. But nothing changed. Students can only reply the posts or announcements.

My moodle version 3.8
