I'm trying to add an mp4 file to a course as a resource.
I "Add Resource" and select file. Then I drag/drop the file. A progress bar appears and when it gets to the end, an error window pops up:
How to I fix this?
Check your sites phpinfo page ... Site Admin Menu -> Server -> PHP info.
Look for file upload limits - two variables - upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.
Check how large the mp4 file you are trying to upload and compare with values for the variables above.
If you have access to web service error logs also check those for clues/hints.
