Ok, so Moodle and Canvas both do not offer multitenancy solutions in the real sense. So, is Absorb LMS my only option as I have used it and their multitenancy solution is out of the box and is by far the best in the world.

Would you care to define what you believe Multi-tenancy to be, and why it seems neither platform supports it? Or what you were trying to achieve.
