I have developed a free application that allows users to create randomly generated math and English quizzes in Moodle's GIFT format.
The desktop application takes some user input and randomly generates quizzes for Moodle in 30+ maths and English topics. The GIFT files can then be imported to your Moodle site using the built-in 'Import' functionality with a quick drag and drop.
I built the software for a tutoring company and it saved them hours every week that would normally be spent manually creating each quiz/question.
Lately, the software has just sat in my GitHub repository not helping anybody so I decided to release it to everybody free of charge.You can find more information and download the software here (http://www.giftgeneratorapp.com/). There are also instructions for installing the application and setting up your Moodle site to properly display the quizzes.
