Martin,

You mentioned this in the latest upgrade:

"ADOdb was upgraded to 2.50 which should fix some problems with very new versions of PHP (4.3.0). "

Since I have yet to see 4.3.0 on my server, what are likely to be the problems in running an older version of  Moodle, after the webhost co. decides to upgrade php? If they are not that serious, then I would like to hold fire on 'upgrades' for a while ( and concentrate on running the Moodle website with content!)

To be honest I've not seen those specific problems myself, and PHP 4.3.0 isn't even final yet: http://moodle.com/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=334

Don't be afraid to upgrade an existing installation - every release adds features and fixes things, and I've not yet seen a major problem caused by an upgrade on any server. It only takes a few minutes to do an upgrade, just follow http://moodle.com/doc/upgrade.html.

I highly recommend moving to 1.0.7, even if just for the cleaner look of the thing.
