I know this isn't very helpful (I'm sorry) but... we don't provide or support the Softaculous scripts. We have no idea what they do or why they might go wrong. As the script will be provided by your host company then you need to ask them.

This is why scripts like Softaculous are so bad....

Having said that, if you're completely stuck it may be possible to extract the data and use it in a "manual" install of Moodle.

So it looks like you have additional plugins installed on your Moodle. Softacolous has upgraded the core Moodle code but has ignored the plugins. That’s probably what I would expect it to do to be fair.

If you have access to Softacolous, presumably you have access to cPanel or something equivalent. Is thee an icon for File Manager? If so, you might be able to update some of the plugins or delete the ones that can’t be upgraded.

The quiz access rule for offline attempts is only compatible to Moodle version 3.1 - see https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=quizaccess_offlineattempts - so that’s going to be a problem.

The Atto RTC plugin is only compatible to version 3.4 - see https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=atto_recordrtc. That said, you maybe don’t need that plugin as you can now directly record video or audio in most areas in Moodle using the Atto editor without an external plugin - see https://docs.moodle.org/37/en/Text_editor#Atto_HTML_editor

What version of Moodle did you upgrade from? And that version did you upgrade to?

I’d be happy to Skype but I could only do Friday, and depending on what time zone you’re in, that also might be difficult due to existing commitments.
