I have Moodle Cloud 3.6.4 (Build: 20190513). I need to create an assessment with a list of questions and three answer options. I realize that selections are limited under the "Add Acivity" because of using Moodle cloud. I don't have a questionnaire option, etc. The Moodle Cloud forum appears as if it hasn't been use for some time. That is why I'm posting here. Please provide suggestions on how I can create an assessment or other options I could utilize.
Example statement: (There will be several statements)
Teaching Ephesians 4:12-13 The ability to educate God's people by clearly explaining and applying the Bible in a way that causes them to learn. The ability to equip and train other believers for ministry.
Example Selections: (There will only be three selections)
