MISSING "assign roles relative to this user"

MISSING "assign roles relative to this user"

I want to assign a parent to a specific user but there is not option for "assign roles relative to this user" on the 'Preferences' tab.
I am using version 3.7 but have the same problem on the 3.6 as well.
Has this feature been changed or something ?

Hi Rohan,

To have the option "assign roles relative to this user" you need to edit the Parent role and tick 'User' as a context type where the role may be assigned.
