Good evening,

Please, I don't know if anyone has come across this and the possible solution. I have occasionally seen the correct answer is marked as incorrect. An example is below that I experienced this evening. I have seen this couple of times.

Hello Dipo,

This is probably due to the accuracy of the computer. There is no problem for some numbers, but others are not represented exactly. For example, the correct answer is displayed as 0.04 but the computer probably stores 0.039999999999. For a Numerical question type, specify an 'error' of 0.000001 for example. For a Simple calculated question type, specify a relative 'tolerance' of 0.0001 for example.

Notwithstanding Dominique’s answer, is it possible to see a screenshot of the question setup? Did you say whether the “units” value was required or not?
