Hi Jon Bolton,
I read your shared "teacher quick guide", can you please explain more about Grading? Like what is the process of grading, pass criteria etc

You will benefit immensely. Contact teachers in your region and see how they are using it. There are moodle associations and teaching associations to guide you.

How to benefit from Moodle (or any technology) in your teaching is the wrong question.

The right question is : What part of my teaching do I most want to improve? And is Moodle the best way to make that improvement?

In my case the weakest part of my teaching was first the initial assessment of student and class ability followed by the overwhelming workload of setting and checking homework for hundreds of students. The quiz module allows me to do this efficiently and the ability to recycle questions in different orders along with Moodle's tracking of individual students made it the best solution I could find.

Start with your problems, not technology.
