We are company of 75 people based out of a single location India and I want to manage the training needs of our employees. I would like to know which one, (Moodle or Open edX) would best serve my purpose and why? It would be really great if you can share your valuable feedback. I have seen other threads users discussing about how one caters nicely to larger-scale audiences than the other etc. But in my case, it may not be relevant at all since we are a small company and are looking at the L&D of our own employees. The use cases are;
As a Trainer, I want to
· Create training program
· Upload training content
· Create certification tests online
· Create/Manage training calendars
· Manage employee qualifications, skills and training history of employees which may include instructor led (Offline) training
As an employee, I want to
· Request/Enroll into a training - I can view, search and apply for training of my interest (subject to manager approval), and gets auto-enrolled for mandatory ones.
· Get reminders about my trainings
· See my certification badges in my profile
