Using Moodle 3.6.2+ (Build: 20190301)
I tried (in Boost) to use the example given here:

I literally copied the example:

The main menu item works, the first submenu item works, but the sub-sub item doesn't work. The italic lines above will not be in your menu.
Can anyone confirm this?
