Moodle 3,5 installed
Probably some changes on permissions, instead of default ones, have been already done on my Managers.
Trying, as a manager, to do the massive upload of courses with csv, I discovered that we can't.
Moodle's knowledge base says different things -->a manager could upload courses with csv file.
Trying to read on the KB and on the web, I haven't found any similar case.
In details I haven't found any functions between permissions, dedicated to massive upload of course.
I would also inform you that a manager, in my platform, is able to massive upload users with a csv file.
