Adaptable and Marketing Blocks

I am currently using moodle 3.8dev.

I am trying to create Marketing Blocks in Adaptable that link to other sections within the site.  This works with marketing tiles in the Fordson Theme but I cant seem to make it work in Adaptable.  I want it to have a title, an image and a "click here" type link. Similar to what I have in the picture below.

Would anyone be able to help me or is this not something that can be achieved.?

Marketing block use an HTML editor where you can add any HTML/CSS code.

Just use TinyMCE instead the default Atto to avoid problems
