I'm trying to insert some instructions, including images, in the description field of Snakes & Ladders, as well as Crossword. In both cases (In Moodle 3.4 and Moodle 3.6) the images don't show up after I save it. There's still there when I turn on editing, though. 

Is it just me?

I've never used that option before.
In my installation it doesn't work either.
Filters generally seem not to work in the Game module.
