Moodle 3.4.1
Hi.
I'm assisting a school who is currently experiencing a lot of issues with their Moodle install and the company looking after their backend is currently not of much help.
An issue that popped up today is three duplicates of each of the activities one of their courses. Not sure if this happened in any of their other courses yet.
What might be the cause of it? I'm a bit stumped and I cannot pick up anything strange in the system logs. Is there maybe something specific I need to look at?
