Good day,

I'm having problems with my feedback PDF annotation, some subjects the lecturers are able to annotate the PDF and mark the assignments while some subjects the pdf fails to load. Any idea what could be causing this? See the attached screenshort.

Hi Cosmas,

Could you share the version of Moodle you're using (3.4, 3.5, 3.6, etc.)? And if you happen to know, which document converter you're using in Moodle? There are 3 options available: unoconv (which is a bit buggy), Google Doc converter or OneDrive doc converter.
