Hello, I'm a beginner in Moodle environment.
I'm trying to add a chat (inside a specific training or for everybody logged in the site, no matter) so I downloaded and installed local plugin "VM Chat"; now I can't activate it!
I can set and activate block plugin, not local plugin.
Please help me understand how to activate a chat window now.
