I'm with problems in build Moodle Mobile 2 on branch Ionic 1 na API Level 26 of Android.
The plugin cordova-plugin-file doesn't working because FileProvider.
How to proceed to resolve?

you are going to find a lot of problems if you want to work in a deprecated base code.
I'd suggest you update your app to use the latest version (branch master)
