Hi all,

Hopefully you can help me out:

On our Moodle 3.6.1+ site, we have a Site policy in place for all users, set to optional. When a user logs in, he/she needs to read the policy before going to the 'accept and continue' page.

But when clicking on the Next button at the bottom of the page, the user is stuck on the ../admin/tool/policy/view.php?versionid=... page of the policy and the ../admin/tool/policy/index.php page that he/she's supposed to go to, doesn't load.

Debugging doesn't really help, as there are no error messages showing up. 

Any help in this area is very welcome! Thanks in advance!

Hi Mary,

It may be related, but all users on this Moodle are created manually and the age checker is not in use. Also, the issue occurs with both new and existing users.
