First of all, happy new year !

I would like to add a discussion in the Moodle Certification course but I can't.

It's like a news forum or a course with a read-only status or some permissions missing...

I'm well enrolled as "moodler" (roleid=5)

Is it possible to modify this ?

As you guessed, the forum is a news/announcements forum, so Moodlers don't have permission to post in it. The MCCC has finished, so the course is pretty much closed. Please use a forum here in Moodle in English if there is anything you would like to discuss.
