Hi i am using moodle theme moove and v3.6 . after installed theme pluggin  not toggled my chat message . please resolve my problem

Unfortunately I don’t think that it is a theme issue, but one which needs your server to be checked that it is set up correctly.

If I am wrong then please tell me which version of the  Moove theme you are using as there is no Moove theme for Moodle 3.6.

Thanks for advice  Mery . i am using moove theme 3.5 . if i changed boost theme is properly worked chat toggle  . i know this is theme issue and i configured the jabber settings and enabled all setttings in whatever show in message settings . but still i got the same issue
