quiz question selection from random categories

Hi all,

Have a great day.

I'm expecting a functionality like to choose multiple category questions in a single selection during the quiz creation. Please suggest that either we have any option to achieve this, or do we have any plugins to achieve?

That is not how it works.

I note that you have the "Also show qestions from sub-categories" box ticked, so you just need to Select the top category.

Thanks for your response,  the goal of our activity would be, let me try to define  use case 


use case 1 -Quiz- 

Current Action -  When student select the Category, it was assume that all the sub category questions will be auto selected, 

Expected Action - if student want to de-select few of the sub category and perform the practice test

Question - how we can get this feature implemented ? Kindly advice. Or Do we have any external plugins to achieve this?
