Hello, l would like to know how l can make what the student completes to be visible to the teachers.

Currently in my Moodle when the student creates a new event in the calendar is only visible to him.

Attached is the print of how the student is enrolled.

Hi,

The students have to change the Type of event from "User" to "Course" if it is an event related to course or to "Category" if it is related to entire category and to "Site" if the event is for all the users on Moodle site.

Hi, l know that the student has to change the type of event however for students users the only possible option and user type events l wanted to know how to change this in the settings.

Hi,

I am sorry for misunderstanding your query. 

You have to change the settings on site level.

Go to Site administration > Users > Permission - Define Roles

Scroll to the Student role and click on the setting icon for it. Now search "Calendar" in the list. In the search you will find one option which says "Manage any calendar entries", check this option and click on Save changes.

By making this option on for the student role, students will now be able to create event for course as well.
