Is there a way to add CSV users to a specific group within a specific course automatically, i.e. something to include in the CSV file or once those users have been uploaded, to add all simultaneously to the same group within a specific course?

Hi Jan, if you start with this Moodle Doc about using flat files, you will see you are not confined to csv files. There are a couple of links to discussions about flat files that may provide some further insight for you. The issue is setting it up to allow the distinctions in the course enrollment. If you then look at this Moodle Doc on uploading users, that will give you the structure you will need.

Yes - see the documentation Upload users for the format of the csv file to add them into courses into groups. If the group has not been created it will be created on upload
