Hi,

I have a number of international users - how do I serve them a Privacy Policy that they must accept in their own language please ?

Thank you for your help

Stephen

I too have this very same issue, of wanting to have the privacy policy in different languages. Did you find a solution for this?

Sorry Dave - no - I have not had a reply so no solution yet other than to have one document with everything in and a series of hyperlinks at the top to take the user to the various sections with the language they want.. If you find out how to do this better then grateful for a post here ! Best wishes, Stephen

2 words - custom development.

Years ago (when moodle was our main VLE) we coded up an Acceptable Use Policy page which intercepted EVERY homepage load once you were logged in. If it couldn't find a database record of you accepting it. But it was custom - in your case, then you could have this page pull the $USER->language variable and switch the privacy policy language accordingly.
