I have been setting up Learning Plans Templates and Competency Frameworks for business related skill sets.
I need to "retire" or make a Learning Plan Template inactive or set an End Date. These are not current options for managing Learning Plans. As a workaround I was hoping the Visibility option Yes/No would hide the Learning Plan that was created from this Learning Plan Template from the student Learning Plan view. I unlinked the learning plan from the Learning Plan Template and set the Learning Plan to complete for the Student. My last step was to set the Learning Plan Template, Visible = No and it can still be seen and accessed by the Students.
Is the Visible option working as expected?
