Not inserted negative scores in the student's account

hello,

during the test design according to the form for the wrong answers , i will take a negative score.

for the correct answer i will  select  100%  , but according to the figure in the student's account  a negative score is not given,zero is given.

please guide me to resolve this issue.

I think the final grade is limited to the range 0 - 100%. If you review the details of the quiz attempts, you should see that the individual question marks are what you wanted.

how can i change  the range from ( 0 - 1 )  to  ( -1 - 1 )  ?
