How can we import Mathematics equation and formulas question
Please suggest me some ways or format or plugin for uploading the equation questions?

Can you give us some details about what you want so that we can help you ?
Do you want to display a mathematical equation? That is easy anywhere in Moodle including in questions using the equation button in the editor.
Or do you need to create questions when an equation using variables is used to define the correct answer? This is possible with the Stack (doc here) and Formulas (doc here) question types but they are plugins that you need to install on your Moodle site, they are not included in the satndard distribution of Moodle, but I must add that the standard calculated question type even if it is less powerful than Stack or Formulas can be of some use to create math questions.
If you give an example of a question you want to create I can provide more precise information on how to do it.
Edit: reading you message again I see that you want to import math questions. That is lot more difficult but it depends on what form you currently have these questions.
