https conversion tool... why does it not work in login page?

We are on RHEL 7.2 64-bit, Moodle 3.4, PHP 7.1.8, and MySQL 5.7.21

So I tried this and managed to complete the whole process and restarted the httpd but in the login page, the FF or Chrome still says the page is not secure?

I know that the loginhttps is no longer there

I have another server that had a database server error running this but that is another problem.\

What am I doing wrong? so much easier before LOL
