Completion report - differences between grade required and course complete

Hi All,

I am new for using moodle and I am currently using version 2.6.

I have set a completion setting yesterday for a course and with only one condition- grade (80%).

The course have already launched and some trainees have completed the course with over 80%.

However, when I download the report today, I've found that the grade have tick but no tick for course complete for some trainees. (see attachment)

May I know what happen?

This looks like you created a manual grade item requiring 80%. Could you provide a screenshot of how you set this requirement?
