I have an instance of Moodle 3.4.2, with installed language packs for English, Italian and Croatian - site default is Italian. All was running fine until I clicked on 'Purge all caches' when trying to modify page colors.
With the caches purged all translated terms were missing, with placeholders in their stead (see attached screenshots of login and administration pages for an example).
Any suggestion short of reloading the cache from a backup and never again touching that button?
