Linking to other parts of course

I'm using MoodleCloud. I want to create a hyperlink on a word.  When the user clicks, it would take him to the page in the course where this word or concept is explained. How do I do this?

Sounds like the Glossary feature to  me.

The Glossary is not what I'm looking for.  I need to link to content existing somewhere else in the course. 

For example: 

Lesson 1 contains an explanation of a procedure of some kind.

In Lesson 3, this procedure in mentioned and I would like to have a link to the explanation of the procedure in Lesson 1, in case the student needs to review the procedure.
