Running: Moodle 3.5 (Build: 20180517)
I am logged in as the main site administrator. I have tested this with other user roles including manager and teacher - the same issue exists.
When logged in to a course - after "Turn Editing On"
I am seeing the controls that would enable me to edit a topic/section - however, the controls to edit an individual activity/resource are not showing.
I am able to ADD a new activity/resource - but after adding - unable to access the edit/settings or even delete the activity.
I first thought that this may be a theme related issue - and so switched to BOOST and MORE default themes - and the problem still exists.
I have purged all caches and turned on theme designer mode - and also turned on Debugging - no errors are generating.
Any ideas of other options to try?
