I have deleted a file from my moodlecloud and it still showing up in Site Administration ---> Server ---> Files, I need this file removed as it is taking up all my storage. How can I do this

Sorry for this late answer. I can see your site is still at its quota limit, but I'm not sure which file you deleted and should have been cleared by now. Please open a support request from the "support" tab in the MoodleCloud portal, and tell us exactly which file you deleted.
